College of Pharmacy Honors the Class of 2024–2025 with Graduation Photo Session
UOD, July 18, 2025 | University Press Office (UNPO) – The College of Pharmacy at the University of Duhok commemorated the graduation of its Class of 2024–2025 with a heartfelt photo session, bringing together proud students, faculty members, and some families to mark a defining moment in the lives of the next generation of pharmacists.
About the College
Established in 2009–2010 in response to the region’s need for qualified pharmaceutical professionals, the College of Pharmacy plays a key role in advancing public health in Duhok and the Kurdistan Region. Students complete a five-year Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences program that combines rigorous academic training with practical education in hospitals and clinics under the Directorate of Health in Duhok Governorate.

Career Outlook
Graduates are now prepared to work in a variety of health sectors including community pharmacies, hospitals, pharmaceutical laboratories, drug production facilities, and health education services. Many also plan to pursue postgraduate studies or participate in research and innovation to meet growing healthcare demands.
