  1. Interpreting program flowcharts and prerequisites
  2. Understanding course codes, using the ECTS calculator
  3. Reviewing PLOs and CLOs, transitioning from TCL to SCL
  4. Navigating the teacher portal and attendance reports

Students from all stages also participated in different seminars to learn about:

  • Course selection and exam procedures
  • Identifying prerequisites
  • Calculating academic load
  • Navigating the student portal
  • Understanding retake rules
  • Using the BPPD student guide

Each seminar emphasized improving documentation and aligning programs with international standards. By sharing best practices from accreditation cycles, the seminars promoted consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, helping the institution maintain transparency and strengthen readiness for quality assurance reviews.
