Hello! I'm Mohammed Hazim Abdi, an Administration Officer at the Directorate of Information Services (DOIS) at the University of Duhok, joining UOD in January 2025. With a strong background in computer science, IT support, and administration, I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance organizational efficiency and empower our university community.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in IT management, team leadership, and administration. Over the past years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with international organizations and companies, where I supported operations in IT and management, as well as contributed to community outreach and data management.

In my current position as an Administration Officer, I am responsible for following up on administrative letters and receiving official letters for creating new emails for university employees. I also use the DOIS website as an administrator and technician for the university’s website.

I'm excited about the future of UOD's digital journey and look forward to contributing my skills and experience to further the growth and development of our institution.
