Leadership and Vision

The President of the University of Duhok, Dr. Dawood Sulaiman Atrushi, serves as the chief executive officer of the university, overseeing both academic and administrative functions. The office is dedicated to:

• Strategic Planning:
  Crafting and executing the University’s long-term Strategic Plan 2023-2038, which aligns with global standards to elevate UOD as a leading institution in the region.
• Institutional Development:
  Promoting innovative policies, advancing educational quality, and fostering sustainable campus development.
• Global Engagement:
  Strengthening international collaborations, partnerships, and research initiatives through key directorates and offices.

Vice Presidential Offices:

• Vice President for Administration and Financial Affairs (VPAF):
  Responsible for administrative operations, financial oversight, and campus infrastructure.

• Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA):

• University Policy Office (UPLO):

Day-to-Day Operations

The President’s Office is also responsible for managing hospitality and reception for internal and external guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, dignitaries, and partners.
