Currently serving as the Department Coordinator and Quality Assurance Officer at the University of Duhok since 2025, I oversee departmental operations and academic standards while maintaining a distinguished teaching career. My academic journey spans several prestigious institutions in the Kurdistan Region; since 2024, I have been an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Duhok (College of Basic Education), delivering specialized modules such as Academic Debate, Educational Psychology, and Measurement and Evaluation, and Administration & educational supervision . Previously, during the 2023-2024 academic year, I served as an External Lecturer at the University of Zakho, teaching Mental Health. My experience also includes a professional tenure (2023-2024) at the Jan Laveen Autism Center, providing behavioral and educational training. Throughout these roles, I have focused on administrative leadership, assessment design, and the application of modern pedagogical methods.

Beyond the classroom, I serve as the Department Coordinator and Quality Assurance Officer, where I oversee administrative operations and academic standards. I am an active participant in scientific conferences and have organized numerous workshops, including specialized sessions on 'Digital Intelligence in Education.' My professional activities also include collaboration with specialized centers, such as the Jan Laveen Autism Center, reflecting my commitment to community service and institutional development.

Research

My scholarly contributions focus on enhancing educational standards and psychological assessment. I have conducted significant research on Creative Awareness among Kindergarten Teachers and investigated the relationship between self-esteem and achievement motivation within academic settings.

My primary research interests lie at the intersection of Educational Measurement and Evaluation, Psychometrics, and Early Childhood Development. I am particularly interested in the development of sensitive assessment scales, curriculum evaluation, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technology into the educational process. Furthermore, I focus on special education strategies, specifically related to autism and developmental psychology.

In my capacity as an academic member, I actively supervise undergraduate student research projects, guiding them through the complexities of research methodology and statistical data analysis. I provide mentorship in designing assessment tools, conducting empirical studies, and interpreting results using SPSS and other statistical frameworks, ensuring that students adhere to rigorous academic and ethical standards.
