University of Duhok Hosts Advanced Veterinary Ultrasound Training Course
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Duhok recently hosted a comprehensive training course in "Advanced Veterinary Ultrasound Imaging and Interpretation." Held on August 14th and 15th, 2024, the course was led by Dr. Omar Kutubi and aimed at enhancing the skills of veterinarians, researchers, and veterinary technicians.
Participants gained in-depth knowledge in ultrasound physics, anatomy, diagnostic techniques, and advanced imaging modalities. The hands-on sessions covered practical scanning, image interpretation, and clinical applications, including interventional procedures.
This training not only improved diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities but also focused on ethical considerations and research advancements. Attendees left with valuable skills to advance their practice and improve patient care. Certificates were awarded to all participants, marking a successful step in professional development within the veterinary field.
