Duhok, February 19, 2025 – As part of its strategic commitment to academic excellence, global engagement, and interdisciplinary research, the University of Duhok (UOD) successfully hosted the International Symposium: Literature as a Bridge Across Cultures. The event, organized by the Department of English Language and Literature at the College of Languages (CLAN), was conducted in collaboration with Ararat Technical Institute in Duhok and Salahaddin University – Erbil, bringing together distinguished scholars, educators, and literary experts to explore the transformative power of literature in cultural exchange, translation, and global discourse.
