Promoting Public Health Education in Line with UOD’s Strategic Vision

📍 College of Science, UOD | May 26, 2025 – University Press Office (UNPO) | As part of its commitment to enhancing community health awareness and fostering science-based dialogue, the Department of Chemistry at the College of Science, University of Duhok, hosted a seminar titled “Human Liver Health.”

The event featured a presentation by Dr. Lawin Shihab Ahmed and was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Aziz Ibrahem, Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Solin Saeed Ahmed, Head of the Department of Chemistry, along with several faculty members.

The seminar focused on educating students and the public about liver health, the importance of balanced nutrition, and practical steps to prevent liver-related diseases through natural, preventative methods.
