Dr. Atrushi emphasized the system’s transformative impact, noting that eUMS has revolutionized university operations by:

  • Enhancing efficiency through faster, more accessible processes.
  • Promoting transparency with visible workflows and reliable data collection.
  • Simplifying routine tasks, enabling faculty and students to focus on academic goals.

Comprehensive Digital Integration

The event featured a detailed presentation by Dr. Lokman Hadi Hassan, Assistant to the President and project supervisor, who outlined the system’s broad scope and functionality. He explained:

Dr. Lokman highlighted key features of eUMS, such as:

  • Student Accessibility: Students can view exam schedules, grades, attendance records, and access library resources remotely.
  • Faculty Tools: Professors can develop academic plans, share materials with students, and report directly to college deans.
  • Integrated Library Access: Students can browse, reserve, and manage books digitally.

Interactive Panel Discussion

A dynamic panel discussion, moderated by Dr. Shaheen Abdullah Abdulkareem, brought together experts to discuss eUMS’s impact. Panelists included:
