August 31, 2026, University Press Office (UNPO) | The Directorate of Dormitories at the University of Duhok informs its dear students that on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, September 1, 2, and 3, 2026, the distribution of the University of Duhok dormitories will begin at the hall of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The procedures will be as follows:

1- All male dormitories will be redistributed.
2- Female dormitories (Kurdistan Salih 1, Kurdistan Salih 2, Kurdistan Salih 3, Shada, and Karokh) will be redistributed to female students of the following colleges: Medicine (4th, 5th, and 6th stages), Dentistry, Nursing, Health Sciences, and Fine Arts. Additionally, female students of the Moda Mall dormitory will be distributed among the aforementioned dormitories.
3- Female students of the Shifa Gardi dormitories (at the university campus) will be accommodated in their exact same places from the previous year.
4- Students (male and female) of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences and the College of Veterinary Medicine will be accommodated in the (Kurdistan Salih) dormitories in Summel.
5- Students (male and female) of the College of Basic Education - Amedi will be accommodated in their exact same places from the previous year.

Note:
Male and female students must bring the following documents with them (except for the female students of the Shifa Gardi dormitory):

• Two personal photos
• A new support letter for the academic year (2026-2027) along with the university order
• The college ID card
• The national ID card
• The deposit receipt.
