Project Officer
A University of Duhok’s alumni with a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. Administrative staff member at DOIR since 2013, supporting the implementation, coordination, and dissemination of international projects.
Key tasks include Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 implementation and dissemination, project coordination and also international projects funded by the British Council. Through these international projects, I contributed to its implementation and coordination, managing project documentation and supporting project managers. Official correspondence, article translation and submission, minutes writing, conference and delegation logistics management, contract preparation for foreign staff, financial reporting.
Responsibilities include coordinating with partner universities and organizations, and supporting student and staff mobility programs such as Erasmus+ KA1. Also involved in preparing contracts for international academic staff, and promoting scholarships and exchange opportunities.
I am actively seeking to strengthen international collaborations and build meaningful partnerships that connect our university with institutions around the world. My goal is to expand opportunities for both students and staff, promote diversity, and support academic and cultural exchange through study and research.
As part of the Directorate of International Relations, I am committed to supporting projects that continuously develop and modernize our curriculum, ensuring alignment with the university’s three core missions: education, research, and community service. Through collaboration and project engagement, I aim to contribute to learning experiences that meet global standards, address local needs, and prepare our students for a rapidly changing world.
