DEPUTY DIRECTOR

I’m Bilnd Hambi, Deputy Director at the Directorate of Information Services (DOIS) at the University of Duhok (UOD). With a passion for blending space technology and environmental sustainability, I bring a global outlook shaped by my dual Master’s degree in Forest Information Technology, earned in Germany and Poland.

Since 2012, I’ve been actively engaged in the academic field, and today I contribute to UOD’s digital transformation by supporting strategic leadership and overseeing academic digital operations. I ensure that all procedures are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and in line with the university website policies.

Drawing on my international experience, I aim to simplify complex digital concepts and support their effective adoption across the university. I believe that attention to detail is the foundation of creativity and innovation.
