As part of the activities of the Career Development Center at the University of Duhok, and in line with the summer training program coordinated with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, 39 third-year students from the College of Engineering (from the departments of Architecture, Civil, Water Resources, Surveying, and Computer) participated in a summer training program in the private sector.

The training was held at several construction companies (Kiar Group, Rast Group - New Zakho, Shahan Group, and Yubi Group) for the period from July 1, 2019, to September 1, 2019, for the 2018-2019 academic year.
