Purpose of Career Development Pathways

These pathways are designed for all students, particularly those who benefit from structured guidance in planning and completing career tasks.

Executive Functions (EFs) — skills such as planning, organizing, and task completion — are critical to successful career preparation. Career Development Pathways intentionally support these skills, helping students initiate, work through, and successfully complete career development activities.
