Career Champions

The Career Champions program at the University of Duhok recognizes staff, faculty, and postgraduate students who are dedicated to fostering a strong culture of career readiness across campus. Career Champions play an essential role in supporting students’ professional development by integrating career awareness into their daily interactions, teaching, and advising activities.

Career Champions are advocates for student success and help extend the impact of the CDC throughout the university’s colleges, departments, and units.

What Career Champions Do

Career Champions are equipped to:

  • Hold meaningful and supportive career conversations with students
  • Share updated career resources, tools, and strategies
  • Encourage students to engage with CDC programs, workshops, and training
  • Build a campus-wide network committed to enhancing employability and career readiness

By becoming a Career Champion, members contribute to a collaborative community focused on preparing students for successful futures.
