• I have over six years of academic and administrative experience in higher education at the College of City and Regional Planning, University of Duhok, serving in both teaching and coordination roles since 2017. My academic contributions span the Department of Spatial Planning and the Department of City Planning, where I am actively engaged in teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic administration.

Teaching Expertise (2017 – Present)

• I began my academic career as a Teaching Assistant (2017–2021) and currently serve as an Assistant Lecturer (2021–Present) at the College of City and Regional Planning, University of Duhok. My teaching philosophy is grounded in student-centered learning, critical thinking, academic quality, and applied urban and spatial analysis.

• I contribute to undergraduate teaching across both the Department of Spatial Planning and the Department of City Planning, focusing on enhancing students’ analytical reasoning, academic communication, and professional planning competencies through interactive teaching methods, structured academic discussions, applied projects, and field-based learning.

• Alongside teaching, I actively contribute to academic administration, departmental coordination, and program management through the following roles:
