On February 16, 2025, at Pedagogical Training and Academic Development Center at Central Library of the University of Duhok hosted the graduation ceremony for the course titled "Accounting Skills and Preparation of the General Budget in Government Units" . The event was graced by the presence of Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies Assistant Professor Dr. Loqman Hadi Hassan, and Director of the Pedagogical Training and Academic Development Center Dr. Muhammad Jameel Sadeeq, During the ceremony, certifications were awarded to 4 graduates who successfully completed the Course.
