On January 19, 2025, the Pedagogical Training and Academic Development Center/ University of Dohuk, has started three new training courses for employees of the Independent High Electoral Commission in Duhok governorate.

• First course titled "Introductory information for new employees". The number of participants is 20, and the course will continue for a week.
• Second course titled "Administrative, Financial and Legal Foundations and concepts". The number of participants is 11, and the course will continue for two weeks.
• Third course titled "Development of Middle Administrations". The number of participants is 4, and the course will continue for four weeks.
