Today, February 18, 2019, Maseerik Park was officially inaugurated in the presence of government officials. The project was successfully implemented with the cooperation of 20 volunteers from the Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies (CPCRS) at the University of Duhok. This initiative was carried out through the joint efforts of the Center, international organizations GOAL and UNDP, the Maseerik Municipality, and the IDP Department at the Simele District Office. This marks the second project in their ongoing series of initiatives. We extend our congratulations to the residents of Maseerik on this achievement.
