Led by Dr. Nazar Ameen Mohammed, Director of DOIR, the meeting underscored UOD’s commitment to building a cohesive and proactive internationalization system aligned with its Strategic Plan (2023–2038).
In his opening remarks, Dr. Nazar highlighted that coordinators play an essential role in expanding UOD’s global visibility, strengthening institutional partnerships, and increasing access to international funding opportunities. He emphasized that the responsibilities of college coordinators extend beyond the passive transfer of information, calling for active engagement in identifying partnerships, preparing competitive proposals, and collaborating with external organizations, donors, and global networks.
Enhancing Reporting, Assessment, and Funding Competitiveness
