College of Humanities Celebrates Graduates in Memorable Photo Session
The College of Humanities at the University of Duhok, established in 1994, and located in the heart of UOD main campus, proudly held a graduation photo session for its latest class. As one of the university’s key academic units, the college offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in fields such as Geography, History, and Sociology, Archeology, Drama, Religious Education, Peace and Human Rights Studies, Plastic Arts, Public Policy and Psychology Sciences, dedicated to advancing knowledge and preserving cultural heritage.
A New Generation of Scholars Ready for the Future
This year’s graduating class represents a vibrant group of students who have completed their academic journey across various disciplines within the humanities. These graduates are now prepared to contribute to sectors including education, cultural institutions, media, and public service.
A Day of Pride and Lasting Memories
The photo session was filled with pride and joy as students gathered with classmates and faculty, capturing the culmination of years of hard work and dedication. Family members were present to celebrate, adding to the emotional atmosphere of the day. The event carried the theme of “Knowledge and Heritage: Building the Future Together.”
