Under the supervision of the deanery office of College of Pharmacy at UoD, a seminar has been presented by Dr. Mary Hasdo Hedo entitled: “: Extraction, Identification and Evaluation of the Antioxidant Activity of Phenolic compounds of Pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) Peel.", has been conducted in the COP building on Monday, 27/ 5/ 2024
Objectives:
1-Highlighting the nutritional value of consuming pomegranate peels.
2-Providing information about the main constituents that present in pomegranate peels.
3-Clarifying the process of antioxidant activity evaluation and addressing the antioxidant constituents in pomegranate peels.
