The University of Duhok signs an agreement with the THM University in Giessen, Germany on the 12th of December, 2019 with the presence of the vice president of scientific affairs of both universitieis Dr. Lokman Hadi Hassan and Prof. Dirk Metzger. The agreement will allow undergraduate students of the Biomedical Engineering Department of the College of Engineering to study a full semester in THM University in Germany and the graduates of the department will be awarded a double degree from both universities.
