A seminar entitled "Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program for Iraq" was presented by Dr. James H. Haido, who is a member of Fulbright Alumni. Dr. James was granted a Fulbright Visiting Scholarship in 2014 when he visited the University of Delaware. Academic staff members were from different departments attended this event at 11:00 am on Nov. 29, 2016 at the building of College of Engineering, University of Duhok.
