Under the supervision of the President of University of Duhok Dr. Dawood Atroshi and following from Dean of College of Law Dr. Aveen Khalid Abdul-Rahman, Legal and Political Research Center at College of Law will conduct a scientific workshop titled:

(Dimension of the Problem of Federal Oil and Gas Law between Iraq and Kurdistan Region) "Towards solving the problem on Justice Basis"

Sunday, Dated 26 / 2 / 2023 at Cultural Center of University of Duhok at 10am.

    Speaker: Dr. Sabah Subhi Haidar, Member of Iraqi Parliament - Member of Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Committee.
  2. Authorities of Kurdistan Region on Oil and Gas According to Iraqi Constitution
    Speaker: Mr. Musen Al-Saadon / Former Member of Iraqi Parliament
  3. Rights of Kurdistan Region in Federal Oil and Gas Project Law
    Speaker: Gulizar Rashed Sindi, Member of Kurdistan Parliament, Vice Chairman of power, natural resources, industry and trade committee.
  4. Constitutional Regulation of Authorities in the field of Oil and Gas
    Speaker: Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Salih Sharafani, Assistant Professor in Constitutional law and advisor at Council of Ministers of Kurdistan Region
