Sunday, 30th June 2024, A PhD Dissertation discussion took place at Qubahan hall at our College, titled (Constitutional Position of Federal Union Council - A Comparative Analytical Study) which was presented to Law department by the student (Bewar Tayib Afdal) as part of PhD degree requirements in Public Law. members of discussion committee were as following:
