UOD Signed MOU with USAMV, Cluj-Napoca, RO

A New Era of International Academic Cooperation

The University of Duhok (UoD) continues to expand its global partnerships by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca (USAMV), Romania. This agreement represents a milestone in international collaboration, strengthening joint research, faculty and student exchanges, and cultural engagement between the two institutions.

The virtual MoU signing ceremony, held as part of UoD’s internationalization strategy, was attended by key representatives from both universities:
