On Wednesday, 17 September 2025, Ms. Dileen Sardar Zuhdi participated in an academic session entitled “Dimensions of the Financial Crisis Between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq.” The session was organized by the Federalism Studies Center at the University of Duhok in coordination with the Office of the Iraqi Parliament in Duhok and was held at the Cultural and Social Center Hall of the university.
