On August 12, 2024, Ms. Dileen Sardar Zuhdi, the Director of the Center for Gender Equality Studies at the University of Duhok, participated in a three-day workshop called “Women Leader” This workshop, held in the city of Akre, aimed to empower and educate government employees and students from the University of Akre about leadership and gender equality.

The workshop was organized by the University of Akre in collaboration with the Human Rights Office in Akre city.

It took place from August 11, 2024, to August 13, 2024, and included interactive sessions, keynote speeches, and group activities to build leadership skills and promote gender equality.

Ms. Dileen’s participation included delivering insightful presentations on gender equality, facilitating discussions on the challenges faced by women in leadership roles, and mentoring participants through various practical exercises. Her contributions were highly valued, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of the attendees
