n November 15, 2023, the CPCRS, in collaborator with the University of Duhok Career Development Center, organized a job fair at the Summel Youth and Sport Center. The central aim of the event was to pinpoint job vacancies and opportunities, with a specific emphasis on the residents of the Summel area. Beyond job matching, the fair served as a platform for fostering networking among business owners and establishing value chain connections, encouraging the participants and attendees to support and promote each other's carries. Ultimately, 22 entrepreneurs and business owners

participated in the event. During this event, approximately 100 job opportunities for youth were identified.

The job fair saw attended by 243 people
