The Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution, in collaboration with BWA, has established an Advocacy Platform in Summel. This platform brings together community members to engage in discussions on various topics. The inaugural Advocacy dialogue took place on August 16, 2023, at the Summel Youth and Sport Center. The primary focus was on human rights and gender-based violence (GBV). Participants included representatives from NGOs, INGOs, youth from the community, also included Mokhtar from the community.The diogue was facilitated by Mr.Khidher Doomly. This activity is a component of the project "Rights-Based Approach to SGBV and Social Cohesion among IDPs and the Host Community," which is supported by LWF and funded by ELCA and ACT.
