This initiative aims to support the professional and academic development of university personnel by facilitating opportunities for higher education. Eligible staff members who meet the required conditions are encouraged to submit their applications within the announced period using the following link:

Required Documents for Upload:

1. No objection proof.
   
   
2. Service summary.
   
   
3. National identity card.
   
   
4. Bachelor’s degree certificate.
   
   
5. Higher Diploma certificate (if available).
   
   
6. Master’s degree certificate (for those applying to the PhD. level).
   
   
7. English proficiency certificate (if available).
   
   
8. Published research for PhD studies. (if available).
