The Training and Development Center administers the TOEFL Internet Based Test (TOEFL iBT) test site, which is the only certified test site available in Duhok city. The test site has been granted Certificate of Authorization by ETS and it is managed by personnel who have successfully completed and passed the TCA Certification Training and Certification Exam.
