Application Form Distribution Begins at UOD for Twelfth Grade Graduates from Non-KRG Areas
UOD, August 9, 2025, University Press Office (UNPO) | Under the supervision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and through the Kirkuk Office of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the University of Duhok announces that application forms for universities for twelfth-grade graduates (Central Study – Iraqi Study System) from the areas of Sinjar, Zummar, and the surrounding regions outside the administration of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) will be available at Directorate of General Registration– University of Duhok
as follows:
From August 11 to August 25, 2025
Daily, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Eligible Graduates:
- Graduates from the academic years 2023–2024 and 2024–2025
- Second-attempt exam takers of the current academic year are included and are required to submit the form during this period
Required Documents:
- Examination card
- National ID card
- 12th grade degree certificate, sealed and stamped by the issuing school
Graduates are urged to attend within the announced timeframe, with complete documentation, in order to proceed with university admission procedures in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry.
