Abstract: Undoubtedly, the purpose of carrying out any process in the field of education aims to improve the status of teaching and learning, but the question that arises is whether only the assessment of students can become a measure to show whether the teacher is good or bad? Is a form consisting of 12 questions and the type of questions included in the form able to evaluate the teacher’s work for a whole year? Or should the number of questions and type of questions be in another way? In addition to students’ assessment, isn't it necessary that other parties also participate in the teacher's evaluation? After conducting the workshop, the answers to these questions will be shown as objectives.

أهداف الورشة: الهدف من إقامة هذه الورشة هو أن تأخذ هذه العملية بعين الاعتبار تقييم المعلمين بشكل أكثر دقة ، وبطريقة علمية ومهنية أكثر ، وأن تأخذ في الاعتبار جانب الإنصاف والشفافية.
