  • My research interests lie in the intellectual and cultural history of modern Europe. I am also interested in 19th and 20th-century US foreign policy, particularly on the theme of US imperialism, and on relations between the state and private spheres in creating and mobilising support for US foreign policy.

  • I have been teaching the modern history of Europe and the US since 2015 at the College of Basic Education at the University of Duhok.
