• BSc. in Architectural Engineering in 1986 from the University of Technology-Baghdad
• Higher diploma from the University of Duhok in 2008 in Spatial Planning
• PhD in Spatial Planning- Physical Urban Development and Urban Form from the Technical University of Dortmund (TU-Dortmund) in Germany in 2019.

I am involved in the teaching process since 1993 in the College of Agriculture and Civil Engineering in UoD. I have actively participated in the learning process since 2018 in the College of City and Regional Planning.
