On Monday, September 15, 2025, at the Conference Center Hall of the University of Duhok, the Gender Equality Studies Center organized an academic session entitled “The Role of the Gender Equality Studies Center in the University Community,” presented by Lecturer Dlin Sardar Zuhdi, Director of the Center. The main objective of the session was to highlight the Center’s activities and programs, in addition to developing new mechanisms for conducting specialized graduation research on gender issues at the university level and generalizing the teaching of gender studies across all university colleges.
