On May 27th, 2024, the first stage students of the City Planning Department presented their final assignment. Focusing on various design principles and elements, the students developed different Urban Pattern designs on a scale of 1:500 on a neighborhood scale.
The students learned to design blocks and land uses using design elements and colorized them according to specific Land Use codes on 50x70 cm sheets, and converted the design from 2D into a 3D model on foam sheets using design tools and materials.
