A group of this project’s participants, with support of other UoD students, set up a free book library under the name “Ishtar Free library” with the aim to provide access to many books on different subjects. The books are placed on a bookshelves, particulate made for this purpose, and located inside the College of Administration and Economics. The bookcase is locked with a key placed there so students can open the bookcase take a book out or place one inside. The idea behind building the bookcase is "take a book, read it and put it back". Students are welcomed to donate books. The idea allow students to find different books, even the faculty can get benefit from the casebook.

The library was opened in a opening ceremony conducted at the UoD College of Administration and Economics on 18/2/2021. 

Worth mentioning that setting up of this library is one of “Building Youth Capacity to Engage Meaningfully in Social Cohesion Initiatives” project, supported by the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC).
