  • After assuming the role of an assistant lecturer, I promptly commenced delivering lectures to the third-year class. Primarily focused on practical aspects, my lectures in pharmacology are notably simpler and easily comprehensible compared to the theoretical components. My approach entails presenting the subject matter in a straightforward manner. Additionally, I prioritize fostering student interaction within the classroom, firmly believing in the significance of each student. I emphasize granting learners the autonomy to express their opinions and ideas, recognizing the value of their contributions. As educators, it is crucial for us to listen attentively to our students, enabling effective communication and addressing the challenges they encounter during the learning process.

Presently, students have access to a myriad of learning resources, making it more challenging and competitive for me to adhere strictly to conventional teaching methods. Consequently, I strive to continually enhance my knowledge and skills, understanding that learning is a lifelong endeavor. Regardless of the certificates we acquire throughout our professional lives, we should never cease our pursuit of knowledge, embracing an ongoing educational journey.

Looking ahead to the coming years, my aspiration is to create an improved learning experience for my students. I firmly advocate for providing them with education that is genuinely relevant to their curriculum and beneficial to their lives, while eliminating unnecessary information. A concise class that effectively imparts secure and comprehensive knowledge to learners is far more advantageous than a lengthy lecture that covers an array of topics, overwhelming students and hindering their ability to retain even a fraction of the information.
