On Tuesday, 24/3/2022, a workshop had been done under the supervision of Dr. Aihan Jamal, staff representative at the college of Spatial Planning on the key issues of Gender and Planning, with assistance from Mr. Andar and Mrs. Beshang, which is basically focused on Gender equality in regard to social, economic, political and governance; as well as the legislative development with the three branches of government, transitional justice and how the KRI deals with gender issues, what is gender planning and what are the types of violence against women and what are the legal solutions of GBV throgh constitution do we have laws to protect both gernders rights through our excursion to the directorate of combating violence against women in Duhok City.
