Dr. Dilshas Haleen the Dean of the College of Spatial Planning delivered a valuable seminar under the title of "Water Resource Management / Mousel Dam", the staff members of the college and many students attended the seminar with the attendance of Dr. Michael Zirbel from Germany and Dr. Obey Al-Wattar from Mosul University.
