  • This two-year full-time study program (120 credit points) delves into the economic, social, cultural, and ecological challenges faced in spatial planning with a strong emphasis on sustainable development strategies on a local, regional, national, and international level. The Master of Spatial Planning develops professionals who can promote a more rational arrangement of activities and reconcile these competing policy goals.
  • Spatial planning is paramount for delivering socio-economic advantages by creating more secure and foreseeable conditions for investment and development, anchoring community benefits from development, and promoting sensible use of land and natural resources for development. Spatial planning is thus an important merit for promoting sustainable development and improving the quality of life.
  • We provide a program that offers a unique mix of academic modules and workshops with specialization in spatial planning, urban design, mobility, regional development, spatial information systems and modeling, and reconstruction policies under crisis conditions. A graduate from our department will be employment-ready for a challenging and rewarding career in Spatial Planning.
