Dr. Muayad A. Merza, infectious diseases specialist was invited as a tuberculosis expert by Qiagen company to attend a HALT Tuberculosis Meeting, which was held in Marriot Hotel, Amman, Jordan on 4th December 2017. He was leading the panel discussion of interferon gamma release assay in health care workers. In overall, there was a discussion with national and international experts in key areas of tuberculosis control and quantiferon-TB gold plus test from Qiagen company.
