The dean of the college of pharmacy, very respectful, “Dr. Muayad Aghali Merza”, as an infectious diseases specialist and representative of the Duhok city, was participated in the Comprehensive training course entitled:

“Clinical & Operational Management of Susceptible and Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis (DR-TB)”

which was a 5 days concentrated training course focused on the importance of clinical, diagnostic & therapeutic issues related to the susceptible and DR-TB, with a special emphasis to the new WHO recently published DR-TB guidelines.

All the topics which has been addressed in the course will be updated and adapted to the Iraq scenario. 

The Training was held in Baghdad - Iraq, on March 17 - 21, 2019.
