Comprehensive training course in UK on “Infectious diseases”

The dean of the college of pharmacy, the infectious diseases specialist and UoD teaching staff “Dr. Muayad Aghali Merza” participated as an infectious disease specialist in a comprehensive training course of Erasmus Plus International Credit Mobility (ICM) an exchange program between University of Duhok and University of Glasgow. The program was titled: “Training on Infectious Diseases" which was a 10 day intense training course focused on infectious diseases, particularly human immunodeficiency virus, and viral hepatitis.  

The training was held, from July 8 to 19th 2019 as a part of exchange program in UK health services mentioned below:

University Hospital Monklands, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gartnavel General Hospital and MRC Center for Virus Research.

It is worthy to mention the organizer of the program Prof. Kamal Ketuly, (a teaching staff of Duhok University) had organized a meeting for Dr. Merza with Prof. Matthew Walters, Head of School (Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing) to discuss about general aspects of the program and for future co-operations and collaborations.
