A delegation from Erbil Polytechnic University (EPU) comprising the President of the University, and members of the University Board visited the Presidency of UoD and was received by the UoD President and his Vice-president for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

In this visit, Dr. Kawa Sherwani congratulated the UoD and indicated the importance of establishing mutual support and unity between the different universities of Kurdistan and providing scientific and academic support in as diverse areas as holding conferences, congresses and training courses for the faculty staffs. Relatedly, Dr. Dawood Sulaiman Atrushi, President of the UoD pointed out to the conflicts and hindrances that impact the development and the mechanisms proposed by the different centers of the UoD. At the conclusion of the meeting the EPU President presented a gift to the UoD president that symbolized the capital of Kurdistan.
