On last week, the 16th December 2020, our UoD staff member, Dr. Azad Haleem (Head of Pediatrics - College of Medicine, UoD) has given a presentation on Duhok as a Learning City at webinar organised by UNESCO.
This invitation has come from Professor Mike Osborne at our partner University of Glasgow - UK with University of Duhok. The presentation was mainly on health issues of families and children refugees, situating it in the framework of the learning city work of Duhok and the role of University of Duhok in these projects.
